We encourage you to attend any of our services. Following are the various areas of our building that you will want to be familiar with when visiting. Also is a section with parking recommendations.
MAIN BUILDING
-
SANCTUARY - This section of our building was built in 1855 and features wainscoting, leaded stained glass windows, and two chalk drawings depicting the crucifiction and ascension of Christ. This room was restored in 2011 and features a mixture of both old and new. This room seats about 120 people in 16 pews that have comfortable, professionally upholstered seats. The sound system is monitored throughout each service for optimal sound reproduction and a comfortable listening level. An assistive listening system is also available. All necessary equipment is available for those wishing to minister in music.
-
CLASSROOM SPACE - The church annex houses five rooms that are used as Sunday School and AWANA teaching areas. Two restrooms are also located in this area.
-
NURSERY - The church annex also houses a small nursery which has been newly renovated. The nursery is always available for use as needed and is not staffed. Listening devices are available which allow you to hear the message while in the nursery.
-
GAME ROOM / FELLOWSHIP HALL - A large room is connected to the church annex and is used for Kidz JAM activities. Additionally, church dinners and other special events are held here.
-
OTHER AREAS - The church also maintains a kitchen, and other rooms used by Sunday School and Kidz JAM staff.
"UPPER" BUILDING
-
This facility is north of the main building and was the former LeRoy Church of Christ (on Mill Street just behind LeRoy General Store). The back half of the building has been newly renovated and is used for Sunday School and teen activities. It features two rooms for teaching, and a larger space for activities. The front half of the building (former sanctuary) is used for storage.
